Masks: Hope & Unity

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected people worldwide. Masks perhaps best signify our shared experience, becoming protection for ourselves, others, and even as fashion statements or expressions of individuality. Despite all of the anxiety and sadness, hope has prevailed depicted by rainbows displayed during lockdown. The unity of countries and sharing of the virus’ genetic code has led to the development of vaccines. Hopefully we will learn from this and help each other sooner in the future.

The words 'Hope' and 'Unity' are forged into the masks in both English and Chinese.
