Degradation of society

Statement about how the Tory government (suited figure) is degrading society by not supporting our UK industries such as British steel workers and NHS workers. The materiality of clay is used to show the fragility and high value of easily damaged porcelain slip cast figures, in comparison to the heavy Stoneware figure. Height shows the reality of the presumed self-importance of politicians in comparison to the lower working class as with the Chinese Terracotta warriors. Each slip-cast figure is the same underneath and thin porcelain clothes have been attached showing that the working class are all in this fight together. This is from my personal experience as a redundant civil servant, along with the steel workers in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, losing jobs due to British Steel losing out market-wise to cheaper poorer quality Chinese steel that doesn't have to abide by the same pollution rules in manufacture.
