Ceramics

Ceramics is a term used to describe clay that has been fired. Contemporary ceramics includes both fired and non-fired sculptural forms that can be both functional and non-functional. Basic building skills include using coils, slabs, solid sculpted and slip casted works. Decoration includes: home mixed glazes, slips, oxides, enamels and underglazes.
